Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YouThere, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

YouThere is an AI photo creation service that lets users upload their own photos and generate football fan-cam style images. Outputs are AI-generated and are not evidence that you attended an event, appeared on a broadcast, or are affiliated with any team, league, federation, broadcaster, or event organizer.

YouThere is not affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any football federation, league, club, broadcaster, venue, sponsor, or tournament organizer.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use YouThere. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Contact support@youthere.live immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or use photos unless you have the rights and consent needed to do so.
• Upload photos of minors.
• Upload, request, generate, download, share, or distribute NSFW, adult, nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or non-consensual intimate content, including any sexualized content involving minors, public figures, private individuals, or any person whose rights and consent you do not have.
• Create exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, or illegal content.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent AI-generated output as real evidence, or use output to deceive others in contexts where authenticity matters.
• Use photos of public figures, celebrities, private individuals, or third parties without appropriate rights and consent.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
• Use the service to distribute spam, malware, scams, or harmful content.

We may refuse, remove, watermark, limit, or disable content or accounts that violate these terms or create legal, safety, platform, payment, or reputational risk.

User Content and AI Outputs

You retain any rights you have in the photos, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and modify your content as needed to operate YouThere, generate outputs, provide support, enforce policies, and comply with law.

To the extent permitted by law, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms, third-party rights, and applicable laws. AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.

Free outputs may include watermarks. Paid plans may provide access to unwatermarked downloads during the applicable entitlement and retention period.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans, subscriptions, and related checkout flows are processed through Creem. By purchasing, you authorize Creem and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the displayed price, taxes, and fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Monthly plans bill monthly. Annual plans bill upfront for the annual term, while credits are granted monthly. You can cancel renewal through your account settings where available or by contacting support@youthere.live. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or payment-platform rules.

Credits are a usage budget for creation features. Credits are not cash, are not stored value, are not transferable, and may expire or be forfeited according to the plan, account deletion rules, or abuse-prevention rules. If a generation fails because of a service error, we may restore credits or provide another appropriate remedy.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Unless required by law, completed generations, used credits, partial billing periods, and expired entitlements are not refundable. For duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, missing entitlements, or technical failures, contact support@youthere.live.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, suspected fraud, or payment-provider restrictions may result in suspension, cancellation, loss of credits, or loss of paid access.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, design, branding, templates, workflows, and non-user content are owned by YouThere or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, code, models, templates, or service infrastructure.

You must not use FIFA, team, league, tournament, broadcaster, or third-party names, marks, kits, logos, or trade dress in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation where none exists.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, abuse credits, or use the service unlawfully. You may request account deletion through account settings where available or by contacting support@youthere.live.

Account deletion has a 7-day cooling-off period. If deletion proceeds, unfinished jobs may be canceled, future subscription renewal will be canceled, unused credits and remaining subscription-period benefits may be forfeited, and retained data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Creation history is generally retained for 90 days. Download anything important before it expires or before deleting your account.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, rate-limit, or restrict any feature at any time. We try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouThere and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or content decisions arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to YouThere for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay us, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain defects, artifacts, or unintended similarities.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through the service or by email. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
